Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Refartran Tours Norway, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable Norwegian laws.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Bookings within 60 days require full payment at time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days: loss of deposit (30%)
• 30-59 days: 50% refund
• 15-29 days: 25% refund
• 0-14 days: no refund

4. Tour Changes by Refartran

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather or safety concerns. If we cancel a tour, you receive a full refund.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You must have valid travel insurance, appropriate fitness level, and follow guide instructions.

6. Liability

Refartran is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except as required by Norwegian law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Oslo courts.
